Welcome to the website of the conference Equadiff 2015

The Equadiff conferences are a series of international meetings devoted to the field of differential equations in the broadest sense. Spread all over Europe, recent locations include Prague (2013), Loughborough (2011), Brno (2009), Vienna (2007), Bratislava (2005), and Hasselt (2003).


On  July 6-10, 2015, hosted by Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 at the heart of the second largest urban area of France, Equadiff 2015 follows that tradition. With 15 special guest speakers and 26 selected minisymposia, the meeting aims at bringing together world-wide experts from various fields such as ordinary differential equations, partial differential equations, dynamical systems, stochastic dynamics, calculus of variations, spectral theory, nonlinear waves, and inverse problems. The scope of the conference ranges from rigorous mathematical analysis to real world applications, with target domains such as life sciences, chemistry, nonlinear optics, fluid dynamics, or general relativity.

The scientific program also includes contributed talks, as well as a poster session.

Forthcoming Equadiff conferences:

Equadiff 2017 will be held in Bratislava (Slovakia) from July 24 to 28, 2017.

Equadiff 2019 will take place in Leiden (The Netherlands) from July 8 to 12, 2019.
